General conditions

















The minimum age for students of DILE courses is 16, except on the Course for Young People, for which there is a minimum age of 14, and the DILE Course (for teachers) for which the minimum is 21.
The total amount on the invoice (65 enrolment + course + accommodation)

Includes:

•  DILE folder and teaching material
•  information about the city and the school
•  course chosen
•  placement test and final exam
•  certificate
•  accommodation chosen
•  social and cultural activities described in the programme
•  use of e-mail

Does not include:

•  out-of-class activities
•  optional activities
•  excursions which are not included in the course programme
Bank transfers should be made with bank charges paid. DILE reserves the right to charge students for bank charges which have not been paid.
Payments made by bank transfer or postal giro should be made at least 10 days before the course starts. Students should bring the original proof of payment with them.
Cancellations:

•  The reservation fee and enrolment fee are non-refundable.
•  The following refunds will be made on course and accommodation fees paid:
- 100% on cancellations made 4 weeks or more before the course starts
- 25% less per week up to the starting date

•  No refund will be made on cancellations made less than 3 days before course starts.
There are no classes on local and national bank holidays. These classes and classes missed by students will not be made up.
The student undertakes to abide by the regulations established by DILE for classes, activities and accommodation.
