For people aged 16 or over who want to become proficient in Spanish. These courses give students general knowledge of Spain and Spanish culture, studying Spanish history and geography, art, most important literary movements or Spanish used in tne business world.

> As well as division according to students’ knowledge of Spanish, we also try to separate by age so that the groups are made up of people with similar characteristics.
Students/group > Average 4 or 5 people (maximum 8)

Language aims > Developing language skills (listening and reading comprehension, speaking and writing skills) so that the student can use Spanish fluently and accurately.
Teaching Method > The courses focus on communication and systematically apply task-based learning, giving prime importance to the acquisition of speaking and listening skills.
> The teachers are first and foremost a learning stimulus for our students and put into practice both significative teaching and the inductive method.
> The classroom tasks and activities (practice of grammar structures, roleplays, acting situations, pairwork, presentations, discussions, dialogues…) include functional contents and real-life situations.
> The teaching materials include up-to-date written texts and audiovisual scripts.
> Students are required to play an active part in the specialisation courses in literature, culture and business Spanish, in both classroom activities and out-of-class work.
> Students must hand in work at the end of each course module. This work will be assessed by the teachers in the compulsory weekly tutorials.
